The house is situated on 950 m² of private land, high on a steep, green hillside with no direct neighbors. It offers exceptional privacy and fantastic views over the Las Colinas hills. The property is conveniently located near Barcelona International Airport (30 minutes), the city of Barcelona (40 minutes), and the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife of Sitges (15 minutes). It is in Olivella, a picturesque village bordering the Garraf Nature Reserve, which is ideal for hiking, walking, cycling, and horse riding. The renowned Penedès wine region is also nearby. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms (16 m² each), each with a king-size double bed (180x210 cm, high-quality beds). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool and terrace area. The second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms offer ample wardrobe space. The spacious ground floor features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area with three separate spaces, one of which can be used as an extra sleeping arrangement for two people using the high-quality sofa bed (140x200 cm). High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and outdoor areas. The house is equipped with an alarm system for your security and is fully air-conditioned. Completely non-smoking.
